  • Where can I find my order details?

    Upon completion of you order, your order details will be sent to your email address and to your customer account.

  • How do I make an order?

    For making an order on govivia.com, please follow these simple steps:

    1. Sign up to create your personal govivia.com account;
    2. Log in;
    3. Add your desired products to your shopping cart, then click “View Cart”;
    4. Check out, and select your Delivery & your Payment method.

    Ordering through WhatsApp:

           2. share products you wish to buy on WhatsApp and your Address.

    Upon completion, you will receive your order details.

  • When will I receive my order if it includes both regular products and products labeled “Get in 3 Days”?

    In case your order includes products from both our regular stock in Turkey and our warehouse in Dubai (labeled “Get in 3 Days”), all items will be sent together, and as such, delivery will generally take 6-10 working days.

    I you wish to receive products from our Dubai warehouse separately within 2-3 working days, please make a separate order specifically for these products.

  • Why is my order incomplete?

    In rare instances some products might be out of stock while still presented as in stock on our webshop (as some time could be required to update the in-stock data). In this case, we will notify you about the situation immediately, recalculate the total amount of your order, and refund you (in case of a non-COD order).

    The refund process usually takes 5-15 working days, depending on the payment method chosen.

    For COD orders:

    Part of order out of stock:  We will cancel these products and deduct the products' price from your total amount.

    Whole order out of stock:  We will cancel your order and you are free to place a new order.

    For non-COD orders:

    Part of order out of stock:  We will cancel these products and refund you the products' price.

    Whole order out of stock:  We will cancel the order and refund you the total amount.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    In case your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll cancel it upon your request without any problem, and your payment will be fully refunded.
