  • What payment methods do you accept?

    Electronic payment methods without any additional fees: all credit cards, PayPal.

    Electronic payment methods with some additional transfer fees: bank transfer, Western Union transfer. 

    Additionally, we offer payment by Cash On Delivery for orders from the UAE. If selected, a AED 18 fee for local shipping and money collection applies.     

  • Can I pay by Cash On Delivery (COD)?

    At the moment, we offer payment by COD for orders from the UAE. If selected, an additional AED 18 fee for local shipping and money collection applies. 

  • What currencies can I pay in?

    For COD orders:  UAE Dirham

    For non-COD orders:  Any currency

  • Why did my payment fail?

    In case your payment seems to have been unsuccessful, please consider these points:

    1. For your payment safety, please firstly check with your bank for further details on the payment failure. If it is confirmed that there is no specific problem, please reorder and send us the payment record.
    2. If you have been charged double, the payment will be returned to your account within 5-15 working days, depending on the payment method chosen.
    3. If the problem persists, please choose another payment method to complete your order.
  • Why have I been overcharged?

    In case you have been charged more than expected, this might be due to an added 5% custom tax or a currency conversion fee charged by your bank (in case of a bank transfer payment).

    If you were really unjustly overcharged, please send us your order number & payment record on our Customer Support WhatsApp no. 0090 552 431 87 89 or by email info@govivia.com so that we can refund you. 

  • I have paid for my order twice. What should I do?

    In this case, please:

    1. Firstly check the situation with your bank;
    2. If you have indeed paid for your order twice, please send us both transaction numbers & your order number on our Customer Support WhatsApp no. 0090 552 431 87 89 or by email info@govivia.com so that we can refund you.
  • How and when will I receive my refund?

    In case you’re entitled to a refund, for both COD and non-COD orders, you will receive the total amount electronically on your bank account or PayPal account within 5-15 working days of our final approval of your return application.
