  • Are there any costs involved in returning something?

    No, we will be in charge of any cost by Picking up the products from your address.

  • How and when will I receive my return refund?

    For both COD and non-COD orders, you will receive the total amount electronically on your bank account or PayPal account within 5-15 working days of our final approval of your return application.

  • I have received a damaged or wrong product. What should I do?

    In case you have received a damaged or wrong product, we promise to resolve this right away. Please follow these steps:

    1. Log in to your account and fill in the Return Application form. Please note that this must be done the SAME DAY the package is delivered;
    2. Attach clear pictures of the exact problem;
    3. Within 2 working days of receiving your return application, we will review it and come up with a satisfactory solution (such as refunding you or sending you another item).     
  • Can I return products without any particular reason?

    You certainly can. After receiving your order, you have 15 days to return any products that you are not satisfied with, for whatever reason. That being said, certain conditions apply, and you will need to pay for the return shipping fees to our Dubai warehouse.

  • I have received a damaged or wrong product. What should I do?

    In case you have received a damaged or wrong product, we promise to resolve this right away. Please follow these steps:

    1. Log in to your account and fill in the Return Application form. Please note that this must be done the SAME DAY the package is delivered;
    2. Attach clear pictures of the exact problem;

    The local company will come in 2 days after the first approval to pick up the items from any address you want.

  • What is your return policy?

    After receiving your order, you have 15 days to return any products that you are not satisfied with, for whatever reason. That being said, certain conditions apply.

    Return Process

    1. Log in to your account and fill in the Return Application form within 15 days after receiving your order.
    2. Attach to the Return Application Form clear pictures showing that the products are in unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept products which are used, damaged, washed or altered in any way. 
    3. Your return application will be reviewed within 2 working days, and you will receive our PROVISIONAL approval if the return conditions seem to be met.
    4. Our Customer Support WhatsApp no. 0090 552 431 87 89 will contact you within 2 working days of our provisional approval of your return application.
    5. We are in charge of sending a local agency to your address for picking up the items.
    6. Upon receiving your package we will physically inspect the products, and you will receive our FINAL approval if the return conditions are determined to be met.
    7. Within 5-15 working days of our final approval, you will be fully refunded.
